My Story
With over twenty years of professional experience, I have served in various roles at Fortune 500 companies. My career commenced in accounting within corporate law firms. Progressing through my career, I advanced within a global advertising firm until reaching a glass ceiling. My experience spans local and national sales, marketing, credit and collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, finance, and human resources. Later, I became the Office Manager for a South Florida branch. Prior to my departure, I joined the Latin American division and effectively coordinated company conferences across four countries.

In the past seven years, my focus has been on operations, project management, and nationally sponsored conferences in the healthcare sector. I have consistently embraced new opportunities and career progression with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Besides my professional pursuits, I am a wife and mother to three incredible young adults. Hailing from a family with a robust entrepreneurial spirit, I have ventured into self-employment as well. This journey has enabled me to delve into diverse industries and acquire further certifications, such as a degree in supply chain management and a green belt in Six Sigma.

So, why Terranova? It's not just my maiden name; it also reflects the lineage of numerous business owners in my family and globally. The name resonates deeply with my passion and mission. In Latin, 'terra' signifies 'earth,' and 'nova' denotes 'new,' together representing a new earth or beginning. The 'T' in my logo, designed to mimic a tree, embodies the full development of a business, from its roots to its branches. The leaves, varied in color, represent the diverse phases a company or business owner experiences.
